Christmas in July

JULY!!! How did that happen? So much has been going on...I attended Dream Team in Park City, Utah; Kelly and I went to Sun Valley and spread Mom & Dad's ashes and I had another birthday. Oh my gosh! Best of all, it's CHRISTMAS IS JULY! That means buy 3 and get one for FREE!!! What a great time to stock up for your holiday gifts and cards, I do!!!

And, I have to share one of my latest projects. In the past I have purchased a book on-line to keep track of my garden happenings, this year I made my own book!!! It is awesome! Check it out here:

My garden has had a few "issues" this year, but I can track all that is happening in my personally designed book. It is so much fun!!!!

Remembering Mom & more

Mother's Day doesn't hold for me what it used to since my Mother passed away. But, I still did something in her memory this year. I recreated a cookbook she put together for me 25 years ago. She compiled recipes from all my relatives, put them in a book and glued a picture of each of them with the recipe. Thanks to Heritage Makers, I have been able to recreate this wonderful cookbook and now I get to share it. My Mother loved to cook, so it is very fitting that I share recipes. Take a look:

Now that spring is actually coming to this part of the world, brides are planning their weddings. I'm pretty excited about the great wedding package that Heritage Makers has created:

And don't forget the Pick of the Month:

A "Cookbook" credit and a "Card Deck" credit - a great deal. Just give me a call or drop me an email and I'd love to tell you more.

Spring is near!

Last weekend it was so nice outside, that I actually got to work in the yard. I was able to prune my apricot & peach trees and grape bush. It was so nice to be outside working and realizing how very blessed I am to live in such a beautiful place with trees, bushes, flowers, garden... it's amazing.

Something else amazing has happened for me in the last month. I have felt some strong healing with the relationship between myself and my deceased Father. You may ask, how did this happen...Heritage Makers!!!! I created a book that fills me with happy memories and makes me smile (and cry a little) every time I look at it or share it with someone else. I call it "Songs I Learned From My Father" since it showcases the songs my Dad and I used to sing together as I tagged along on his work days. It has filled my heart with love. I'll share it with you here and hope that it inspires you to create a book for someone you love, either living or dead. It will touch your heart and their heart, I promise.

After Valentine's Day

My gosh, Valentine's Day has come and gone, so have many months since I attempted to update this blog. I'm attempting to be more attentive and keep everyone a bit more updated. I did give my sweet husband a great card this Valentine's Day, thanks to the GREAT Heritage Makers Template Gallery.

This business is so fun and I love sharing my projects, showing others how to create the most incredible projects.
I have been trying to get a little more up to date with the blog page and I hope you will come visit me here to see what is going on. I will post a link to my latest project soon, since my Dad died 3 years ago I have had a hard time finding the right idea for a book that represents him. I think I've found it and I can't wait to show it to you, but you'll have to wait until it is finished. If you want to see the book I completed on my Mother, who died 4 years ago, you can click this LINK.
